Great house. Loved the Dutch pod design. Having 2 of the bedrooms separate from the main house allowed for privacy,with each having its own bathroom. The outside area was great. Having a pool,hot tub,pool table,kitchen and dining area. This is where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. The location was also great. Cruz bay is only a 10 minute car ride away with many beaches reachable within 25 minutes. We also discovered some great local places just minutes from the house. The people of St John couldn’t have been more friendly. We only had 2 small issues and the home owners resolved them within hours. We would definitely rent this house again.

Relaxing week at Coconuts
Incredible view! Even better than the pictures show! We spent a lot of time in the outdoor areas (kitchen, pool, hot tub, gazebo). Coconuts has many nice amenities, and there are detailed instructions where necessary. We used the burr grinder and coffee maker, the outdoor grill, the spa, and the pool table, and outdoor Bluetooth speakers.
We used the 103” projector/screen to watch a DVD, and there is a Roku if you want to stream things. Kevin and Danielle were responsive to any needs/questions. We highly recommend Coconuts!
